§ 1 General

Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, email address, telephone number, banking information, credit card number) will be processed by us solely in accordance with the provisions of the German data privacy laws. The following regulations will inform you about the method, scope and purpose of recording, processing and using personal data. This Data Privacy Statement only refers to our Web pages. In the event that you are passed onto other pages via links on our pages, please inform yourself about how your data will be handled there.

§ 2 Automatic Recording of Data

For technical reasons, we record the following data, which your Internet Browser transmits to us:

  • Browser type and version
  • Utilised operating system
  • Web page from which you visit us (Referrer URL))
  • Web page which you visit
  • Your access time and date
  • Your Internet protocol (IP) address

This anonymous data will be saved separate from any personal data you may provide us with, ensuring that no one will be able to determine the identity of a specific person. It will be evaluated for statistical purposes, in order to optimise our Internet presence and our offers.

§ 3 Master Data

  1. Your personal data, inasmuch as this is needed for the justification, content structure or to modify the contract relationship (master data) will be used exclusively for the implementation of the contract. Thus, for example, your name and address must be passed on to the company delivering the goods. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third parties external to the contract implementation process without your explicit authorisation or without a legal basis.
  2. If instructed by a competent authority, we may provide information about master data in individual cases provided this is for the purpose of law enforcement, for the purpose of averting danger through the state police authorities, to fulfil the legal tasks of the national and state authorities for the protection of the constitution, the German Intelligence Service (Bundesnachrichtendienst) or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service or to enforce intellectual property rights.

§ 4 Utilisation Data

  1. Your personal data, which are needed to enable you to utilise our offers and for billing purposes (utilisation data) will be used for the purpose of settlement of the contract. The utilisation data includes the criteria concerning your identification, start and finish details as well as information on the extent of the respective utilisation and information on the teleservices utilised by you. We may pass on utilisation data for billing purposes (so-called billing data) to other Vendors or third parties inasmuch as this is required for the purpose of billing the User. Once our claims for payment have been fully satisfied, this utilisation and billing data will be deleted. The personal data is blocked instead of being deleted, if deletion of same conflicts with the legal, statutory or contractual retention periods.
  2. Moreover, we will only use such utilisation data for the purpose of advertising, market research or in order to tailor our offers to create user profiles while employing aliases. You are entitled to object to this type of use of your utilisation data. These utilisation profiles will not be combined with your personal data.
  3. § 5 Information concerning Cookies

So-called cookies are used to repeatedly recognise multiple use of a site by the same user. Cookies are tiny text files, which your Internet browser stores and saves on your computer. They are intended to optimise our Internet site and our offers. Here, this involves so-called "Session Cookies", which are deleted again at the end of your visit to the site. No personal data is recorded by these Cookies.

§ 6 Information

If requested in writing, we will inform you about what data we have saved about your person (e.g. name, address).
